Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations performed by the Payroll team and ensure timely and accurate salary payment and statutory reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle and process payroll, overtime claims, incentives, reimbursement and allowance payments.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes and system upgrades.
- Responsible to generate Payroll Reports, or any other payroll-related reporting & respond to statutory queries.
- Able to liaise with the client & perform payroll service as per their specifications and respond to their queries.
- Attend to internal and outsourced staff's queries on payroll-related matters.
- Reconciliation of payroll records, data verification and administration.
- Any other payroll tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing using various HR softwares.
- Prefer candidates with regional payroll experience who can manage a team and contribute to payroll system improvements.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to connect effectively at all levels.
- Highly meticulous and with an eye for detail.
