Job Scope
- Develop and maintain Manufacturing/Operating Instructions and SOPs.
- Manage and troubleshoot process control system recipes/models.
- Conduct technical assessments and process evaluations.
- Investigate and resolve quality and EHS issues during manufacturing or batch record reviews.
- Implement and monitor preventive measures for process issues.
- Ensure adherence to site safety and quality standards.
- Identify and drive improvements in processes and equipment.
- Regularly update plant personnel on process changes.
- Train process technicians and engineers on procedures and best practices.
- Oversee key equipment/GMP systems, ensuring compliance during internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Degree in Science with Major in Chemistry.
- 2 - 4 years of experience Pharmaceutical/Chemical Plant with some understanding of API unit of operations
- Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player, adaptable and versatile with the ability to work across different cultures.
