Store Manager trainee
- Work Location : Orchard
- Salary: Basic $2600 (Probation) & 2600-2800 (Confirmation) + No Comm
- Working Hours : 5 days (2 full shift & 3 normal shift)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year retail experience
- Diploma or Degree in Retail/Business/Marketing/Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily store operations to learn every procedure, answering calls and correspondence
- Managing staff schedules
- Developing strategies to increase sales and boost customer satisfaction
- Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
- Work as a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
