We are looking for a passionate and driven Communications & Engagement Manager to support Group level Marketing and be part of our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
Communications Strategy
- Develop Communication Plans: Create and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Messaging Consistency: Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
Writing and Storytelling
- Content Creation: Craft press releases, speeches, newsletters, and thought leadership articles to convey key messages.
- Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives that enhance the organization’s brand story.
- Content for Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create copy for campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
Public Relations (PR)
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage.
- Crisis Management: Act as the point of contact for crisis communication and ensure timely, accurate messaging to mitigate reputational risks.
- Press Events: Organize and manage press conferences, interviews, and other PR-related events.
Event Management
- Event Planning: Conceptualize and execute corporate events, industry conferences, and community outreach programs.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Post-Event Analysis: Measure event success through participation, feedback, and engagement metrics to improve future initiatives.
Internal Communications
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute internal communication campaigns to keep employees informed and motivated.
- Leadership Support: Collaborate with leadership to draft internal announcements, newsletters, and updates.
Analytics and Reporting
- Feedback Mechanisms: Monitor public sentiment and collect feedback to inform future communication strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Measure the impact of communication efforts using KPIs such as media impressions, engagement rates, and sentiment analysis.
- Insights and Recommendations: Use data to inform improvements in future communication and engagement initiatives.
- Regular Reporting: Present performance reports to senior leadership and provide actionable insights.
Innovation and Industry Trends
- Stay Updated: Monitor trends in PR, communications, and engagement strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Adopt Tools: Leverage new communication tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and reach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years & above of Communications and Engagement experience, in-house or from agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at managing end-to-end event Management with tight deadlines.
- A team player with excellent collaborative skills across departments.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages as one needs to manage our English and Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
