Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and handle other inquiries related to motor insurance, clients, and partners.
- Coordinate with insurers' underwriting, processing, service, and support teams for quotes, referrals, and appeals.
- Respond promptly to Salesforce leads and inquiries.
- Prepare documentation related to completed transactions.
- Address insurance-related queries from customers and partners.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the quotation process through digitalization.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a General Insurance environment.
- Hold at least 2 certificates (BCP, PGI, ComGI).
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Knowledge of the motor insurance market is a plus.
- Experience in underwriting, claims, quotations, or insurance customer service is highly desirable.
