Job Responsibilities:
SAP Support
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for any SAP operational issues.
- Participate in SAP project activities as required by users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure successful implementation.
- Research and explore new application technologies, functionalities, and their availability.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Support the implementation and post-implementation of new SAP requests.
- Provide training to users, using available training materials and UAT documents, to build user capacity and knowledge.
ERP Existing Application Redevelopment and New Application Development
- Participate, coordinate, and support the implementation and post-implementation of new requests for existing application redevelopment and new application developments.
- Assist in defining test cases and scenarios based on project requirements.
- Work with vendors and the IT team to ensure thorough testing of products, ensuring they meet specified criteria.
- Coordinate and support UAT with business users.
- Create detailed requirement documentation if necessary.
- Provide user training as needed, utilizing available training materials and UAT documents.
ERP System Integration Projects
- Coordinate and support UAT with business users.
- Create detailed requirement documentation as needed.
- Provide user training using available training materials and UAT documents.
Special ERP System Projects
- Identify opportunities for adopting new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance IT, SAP, and BI capabilities.
- Identify optimization opportunities, recommend process changes, workflow modifications, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the implementation and post-implementation of new applications.

- Ensure compliance with company environmental practices.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and modeling tools.
- Ability to create clear, concise documentation.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Preferred candidates with experience in ERP systems or the manufacturing industry.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel).
- SAP Functional Module certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
