Job
- Manage all facilities to ensure availability of essential mechanical electrical and other essential services at all times to production.
- Manage departmental financial budgeting, forecasting and ongoing expenditures
- Lead the team to plan, operate, maintain and ensure 24/7 operational readiness of essential Mechanical and Electrical (M&E), Chemical System and building services; such as chillers, power, cooling systems, Scrubbers system, DI system, Waste Water Treatment, Gas system, plumbing and sanitation, pest control, landscape and etc.
- Plan and oversee upgrading/improvement works to facilities in supporting production and offices. Oversee contract management including calling for and awarding of tenders for M&E, Chemical and building maintenance, minor works, production equipment hook-up and upgrading works.
- Ensure department operations comply with applicable outside agency rules and regulations.
- Oversee energy audit, conservation, management and implement green initiatives in driving ISO14k.
- Oversee implementation of responds plans to deal with emergency situations resulting from equipment failure, power shutdown and etc.
- Provide leadership to department, ensuring high morale, team work and ownership
- Strategic review for Facilities services to continuously add value to the processes
- Lead department to continuously improve Facilities Operational Procedures and Performance. Drive reliability and robustness of systems.
- Lead and implement facilities risk management processes to identify major risks pertaining to plant operation and activities.
- Drive and support programs such as BCP, Training, 5S, Gemba walk.
- Quality management control on all clean room environmental parameters.
- Lead the team to investigate and develop CAPA for any facilities related incident.
Requirement :
• Degree in Engineering discipline (preferably with a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum 7 years in managerial position (3 years in Snr Management role).
• Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.
• Preferable with Semiconductor, Wafer fabrication Facilities experiences.
