key responsibilities:
- Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms
- Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback, and leasing matters
- Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting
- Ensure property tax levied is in line with committed rentals
- Track and analyse the performance of tenants
- Support the Central Leasing team in terms of lease management and administration
qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Real Estate / Building Management
- Min 8 years of experience in lease management for retail malls
- Prior experience in tenant management
