- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and store policies.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and exchanges courteously.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
