about the job
- Carry out on-site or remote support activities and close service calls
- Support system warranty standby
- Install a highly automated high vacuum CVD/PVD systems in a cleanroom environment
- Carry out quality installation, Preventive Maintenance (PM) according to schedule
- Participate and manage the new product release process as required
- Initiate, identify and participate in internal processes re-engineering projects
- Make timely reporting of issues and problems
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in electrical / electronics / mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Min 1 year / intern experience in installation & troubleshooting of equipment in a cleanroom environment
- Understand / hands on with ALD / CVD / PVD systems/ sputtering / semiconductor / capital equipment
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Familiar with high complexity low volume environment
- Customer-oriented mentality and excellent client servicing skills
- Willing to work in north area of Singapore (Yishun / Woodlands / Sembawang)
- Training given to candidate with no experience
