Sales Account Manager (IT Solutions)

Alwayshired Pte. Ltd.

Remuneration:

  • Base Salary: $6,000 - $8,000, Sales is on 60:40 pay mixed
  • Transport allowance of $850 per month (provided if have own vehicle for travelling)

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, maintain, and grow relationships with new and existing accounts to increase business opportunities and ensure excellent client relations.
  • Prepare customer proposals, respond to tenders and RFQs in collaboration with Service Delivery and Project Managers.
  • Develop presales materials, including brochures, presentations, and maintain proposal records while tracking project deliveries.
  • Support the sales team with forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Understand project execution and delivery processes; gather client requirements, perform analysis, and prepare functional and service specification documents.
  • Drive sales to meet revenue targets by identifying new market opportunities and acquiring new customer accounts.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations that address client needs and drive growth.
  • Conduct prospecting, cold calling, customer qualification, presentations, proposal preparation, and objection handling to close sales.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships post-sales and submit timely sales reports to management.
  • Perform any additional duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 4 years in services-related sales.
  • Proven experience in services sales, including participation in tender and bidding processes.
  • Strong skills in account management, relationship building, and maintaining client accounts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across functions.
