RESPONSIBILITY
You will be working in a Government Agency as a member of the GovTech project team, which includes the Business Analyst, Solution Architect (where applicable), and the IT Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with Agency users to ensure the overall success of projects by:
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, meeting business requirements, Operations, Maintenance, and Monitoring of Systems
- Complying with the IT governance framework, including security and resilience
- Leading, coordinating, and liaising with GovTech/Auditors for various audits, overseeing the implementation of QMS
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience
- Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
- Added advantage if possess the following:Project Management (Agile) experience
Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI
Experience in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management
