Responsibilities:
- Supervise facility maintenance and repair activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular inspections of mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment to maintain optimal functionality.
- Oversee and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant.
- Recommend improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building performance and efficiency.
- Manage contractors, monitor their performance, and ensure timely delivery of quality services.
- Develop and implement energy-saving and water conservation strategies to support sustainability goals.
- Lead initiatives in risk management, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety.
- Prepare monthly reports, participate in client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, facilities maintenance, or equipment management.
