Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe system alerts or out-of-norm system behaviors to proactively identify issues.
- Follow incident isolation procedures to accurately identify and verify faults before applying problem resolution scripts or escalating issues.
- Perform record consolidation for reporting, analytics, or audit purposes.
- Conduct post-change system health checks to ensure changes did not cause undesirable behavior.
- Manage the lifecycle of incident tickets, from creation and update to escalation and closure.
- Review and verify the accuracy of operational scripts, and suggest areas for improvement.
Experience and Skills Needed
- Hold a Nitec, Diploma, or Degree, preferably in Engineering or Information Technology.
- Work in teams on a 12-hour rotation shift, covering weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to follow documented work instructions and procedures with precision.
