- Partner closely with Operations users, Business, Tech and external vendor consultants to deliver on strategic platform upgrade program
- Provide Project management support to the program on behalf of Operations. Create and deliver project communications to multiple stakeholders, which includes running governance calls and preparing presentation materials/decks for committee meetings, etc
- Work with operations users, business stakeholders, fellow business analysts, tech and vendor consultant for functional design and solutioning
- Work closely with Operation users, Tech teams and participate in design/build discussions
- Develop testing approach, scope and plan with Operation users and vendor test team
- Support user acceptance, regression performance testing and overall defect management and triaging —work closely with Operation users, business users and testing team to ensure coverage of critical and important functions
- Identify areas of improvement, best practices in processes, brainstorm and propose solutions to address project or test issues and concerns in timely manner
- Manage post go-live tactical and strategic platform enhancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Technology
- With 5+ years experience in financial industry including credit card processing, chargeback or fraud analysis
- With 3-5 years of operations or project management experience
- Experience with VisionPlus application will be beneficial
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio
- Strong communication and analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail to manage daily operations with strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to re-prioritization in a rapidly changing environment
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
