Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of day to day tasks.
- Review & analyse daily operational productivity and improve processes and systems.
- Manage annual operational budget to meet sales capacity.
- Manage manpower and the quality of the human resources to meet sales expectations.
- Sourcing and negotiating with sub contractors or vendors.
- Review SOPs and implement best practices.
- Oversee the training requirements & procedures.
- Oversee the well-being & morale of all the workers.
- Assist Business Development in developing prototypes or value add to existing products and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess a relevant Degree
- At least 3 years work experience in a related position.
- The ability to analyse reports and improve productivity.
- Strong technical skills to provide solutions to site and project issues.
- Versatile with good problem solving skills.
- The ability to communicate with different level of workers effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in construction, production, engineering is an advantage.
