We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal departments to deliver solutions tailored to business objectives. Your responsibilities will include serving as a trusted consultant, managing intricate implementations, and bridging technical and operational gaps among stakeholders, such as Sales, Partners, and Customer Success teams.
You will craft and execute customized solutions, API integrations, reporting tools, and more, empowering clients to achieve their goals by maximizing the potential of monday.com’s features and developer resources. Additionally, you’ll oversee the onboarding journey, resolve technical issues, and strive to ensure the ongoing success of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients and internal teams to scope, design, and implement custom solutions leveraging the monday.com Work OS.
- Provide technical insights during pre-sales activities, develop proof-of-concepts, and deliver implementation services post-sale.
- Plan and execute customer onboarding strategies, complex API integrations, data migrations, tailored scripting, and user management.
- Develop advanced solutions utilizing monday.com’s APIs, app frameworks, and integration platforms like Zapier, Workato, and Integromat.
- Enhance workflows with low-code/no-code tools to extend the functionality of monday.com.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer objectives.
- Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product teams to drive improvements.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to boost customer engagement and platform adoption.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to create solutions addressing their specific business challenges.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the implementation process.
Job Requirements:
- Over three years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success manager, implementation specialist, professional services consultant, or technical project manager, with expertise in managing complex product implementations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver technical solutions for enterprise clients, particularly in onboarding and implementing software platforms.
- Proficiency in working with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and integration platforms such as Unito, Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
- Programming knowledge in Java/Python; experience with React is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a history of delivering projects on schedule while managing diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional skill in simplifying complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols like SSO, SAML, and Active Directory.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- A high level of empathy, positivity, and enthusiasm to excel in this role.
