Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the Regional Cloud Infrastructure hosting critical business solutions across the region.
- Assist with Cloud Consolidation and Integration into a unified Cloud platform for the region.
- Plan, design, and establish the necessary infrastructure for Operational Companies (OPCOs) to connect with both Global and Regional solutions.
- Contribute to various regional IT infrastructure projects, focusing primarily on infrastructure development and the elimination of legacy hosted infrastructure.
- Support SD-WAN and other regional infrastructure initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Country IT teams to implement and support Global IT Security initiatives.
- Manage additional responsibilities, such as automating patch management (using Manage Engine) for GSOC, implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zscaler, Rapid 7 (Vulnerability Management), Trend Micro EDR, and other security tools.
- Assist with initiatives led by the Global Security Audit (GSA) teams, enhancing the overall IT security posture for the region.
- Help document IT section policies.
- Regularly conduct PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles and follow up with countries to ensure compliance with the above initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years In-Depth experience in Handling IT Infrastructure & IT Security at a Regional Level.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of current IT infrastructure and IT security solutions.
- Proficient in Infrastructure Management and IT Security.
- Expertise in Cloud solutions, with essential experience in managing a regional Cloud setup using AZURE.
- Knowledge of the necessary technology requirements to manage the responsibilities outlined above.
- Strong project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic and conceptual thinking, design, implementation, and execution of strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Proven vendor management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others).
- Willingness to travel for business, if required.
