If you are passionate about financial crime risk management and possess the required skills and experience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.This role involves supporting various Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) activities, covering Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Screening. The successful candidate will gain exposure to multiple policies, procedures, local regulatory requirements, and associated systems to support New-to-Bank (NTB) onboarding and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) reviews.
Responsibilities:
- FCRM MI Reporting: Prepare and perform various Financial Crime Risk Management Management Information (FCRM MI) reporting at local and regional/global levels.
- Risk Forum Updates: Prepare updates for materials used in the monthly local Risk Forum.
- Manual Controls Activities: Conduct activities relating to FCRM manual controls, such as weekly checks for unauthorized account restriction uplifts and monitoring accounts opened without proper CDD controls.
- Audit Preparation: Support preparation activities for upcoming audits within the FCRM domain.
- Additional FCRM Controls: Perform other FCRM control activities as assigned during the contract period.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Crime Risk Management, specifically in CDD, AML, Sanctions, and Screening.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and financial crime policies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
