Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Expert for a global MNC. The role focuses on leveraging the ServiceNow HRSD platform to enhance HR workflows and boost the overall employee experience. The candidate should possess strong expertise in HR processes and ServiceNow functionalities, with a proven ability to work across teams to achieve business goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement the ServiceNow HRSD platform to align with organizational needs.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create and customize workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Develop and own solution designs for HRSD implementations, ensuring adherence to business goals and best practices.
- Deliver ongoing platform support, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
- Facilitate user training and develop documentation to promote effective platform utilization.
- Regularly explore new ServiceNow HRSD features and updates to enhance system capabilities.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that HRSD strategies align with overall business priorities.
Key Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and industry-standard best practices.
- Proven ability to configure and tailor the ServiceNow HRSD system to meet organizational needs.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and within a team environment.
