- Client Servicing - Birthday Listing of Client.
- Do Insurance and Investment Submission-Related Paperwork
- Preparing Investment and Insurance Docs for Client Review
- Updating the client’s Customer Knowledge Assessment via the insurer portal
- Take calls and assist clients with queries by checking with the superior or account manager of the insurer.
- Updating of Monthly Expenses
- Mailing of Documents
- Ad-hoc task by superior
