Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth laboratory operation activities, maintaining laboratory compliance standards to be inspection ready and shape a new MTO culture founded on collaboration, diversity, fostering reliability, productivity and innovation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and report OOS, deviations, and quality issues
- Document and report testing activities and results
- Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE procedures during sampling and QC tests
- Manage laboratory operations by adhering to operational excellence models
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Report OOS equipment issues and manage purchase requests
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of QC data and records
- Optimize workflows and improve quality and efficiency within the department
- Assist in laboratory inspections, audits, and compile data for performance reporting
- Propose improvements for QC procedures, activities, and workflows
- Gather information for feasibility assessments of new QC procedures, systems, and equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in science related.
- At least one year experience in QC lab. Knowledge in operating HPLC and Empower software added advantage.
- Requires to work on shift.
