- Responsible for building services such as interior and external building architect elements.
- Assist in maintaining the operational readiness, safe and efficient operation of the Hospital.
- Keep track, manage and renew licensing matters pertaining to building authority requirements.
- Oversee outsourced maintenance team safety practice and work conduct and ensure good maintenance standards are implemented.
- Review, refine and ensure all building maintenance Fix-It works are carried out according to the submitted programs and procedures, and fulfil the service level requirement.
- Analyse the frequent issues brought up, recurring problems with building services, find root cause to the problem and make recommendations to resolve it.
