Job Scope:
Support the CEO in driving key transformation initiatives including people, health academy, care model, and innovation. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, goal-setting, facilitating meetings, change management, and overseeing successful implementation of initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda, materials, and facilitation.
- Collaborate with CEO and leadership to refine transformation strategies.
- Conduct research and develop strategic plans for each transformation area.
- Set SMART goals for workgroups and monitor progress.
- Develop KPIs to measure success and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage change, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Engage employees through feedback sessions to improve implementation.
- Communicate transformation progress to stakeholders and promote new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Min. 2 years of experience in administrative roles, particularly in project coordination.
- Project management or healthcare industry experience preferred.
