Job Description:

  • Oversee projects, addition, and alteration works at the hospital, medical center, and associated business units as directed by management
  • Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department
  • Manage and facilitate projects within deadlines and budget
  • Work independently, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Collaborate with people across different departments and levels
  • Support car park operations and assist with other assigned duties
  • Coordinate work schedules of contractors/vendors to ensure project completion with minimal disruption
  • Ensure that physical plants and equipment are serviced as scheduled
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Technician/Engineer/Supervisor


Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related discipline
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Independent and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with different departments and levels
