Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and transfer instructions and documents via email to SharePoint for internal access, mainly using Excel
- Coordinate appointment bookings with various stakeholders
- Ensure accurate and timely document storage in SharePoint within the next working day
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal and external customers
- Manage tasks under tight deadlines, handling stress due to short turnaround times
- Work independently and handle feedback, resolving issues with external clients and internal stakeholders
- Assist with proposal preparation, pricing requests, execution, and follow-up
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, shared services, call center, and operations
Requirement:
- Min Diploma in any field
- Prefer candidates with prior healthcare experience - healthcare ops / pharmacy technician / patient service associate / nursing etc
- Enjoy working in healthcare/hospital environment
- Able to handle internal customers/users
- Able to commit 3 rotating shift during roll out period
