Responsibilities
- Head of the site to lead site team to deliver quality services to clients.
- Manage the estate to achieve operations and maintenance at an optimal level
- Build a strong relationship with the team, council members and residents
- Manage term contractors and monitor their service performance
- Keep track and conduct renewal reviews of service agreements and insurance policies
- Manage daily operations in compliance with relevant building regulations and laws
- Attend to feedback and complaints promptly
- Convene and attend council meetings and AGM
- Check financial transactions and prepare an annual budget
Requirements
- Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications
- At least 5 years of Condominium management experience
- Proficient in critical thinking with adaptability in the workplace
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage
