Working Hours: Up to 44 hours/week (10am to 8pm) – 1 hour break
Working Days: 5 days/week between Monday to Sunday
Location: Beach Road (Raffles Hotel)
Duration: ASAP to 30 April 2025. Subjected to extension or conversion
Salary : $2,800 per month
Job Scope:
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and provide recommendations to clients.
- Greet and escort clients warmly, taking orders and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee station, managing inventory and equipment.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe work environment.
- Communicate client feedback, suggest improvements, and assist in training new staff.
- Maintain records of beverages served, inventory, and assist with ordering supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide support to colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, coffee/tea preparation, and cocktail mixing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service.
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Passion for coffee, beverages, and exceptional service.
