Job Summary:
We are looking for a Operation Executive to support fuel operations, including inspections, refueling, and maintenance. You will oversee fuel farm operations, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will manage resources, implement process improvements, and oversee staff training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fuel inspections, loading/unloading, and daily stock closing.
- Allocate resources for refueling, defueling, and operating fuel-related equipment and vehicles.
- Perform maintenance checks on equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
- Enforce safety and quality standards, conduct briefings, and manage compliance.
- Prepare reports and support customer complaint resolution.
- Manage team training, purchase requisitions, and staff security clearance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power Platform Applications.
- Class 4 or 5 Driving License or Forklift License is an advantage.
