Contract Duration: 8 months to 1 year
Position Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:40 PM
- Salary: Below $4,000/month
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Work Environment: 100% office-based
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda circulation and booking meeting spaces.
- Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update shared drive documentation.
- Assist the SCRP Team in sourcing, vetting, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with the Research Team to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Events Management & Support
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, workshops, and conferences by:Designing and distributing EDMs and invitations.
Coordinating with speakers and guests.
Managing event registrations and attendance tracking.
Collecting and compiling event feedback.
Following up with attendees on various requests.
- Provide secretariat support by:Responding to delegate emails and queries.
Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements via NTU-appointed vendors.
- Support ICCS staffing by:Managing speaker and delegate coordination.
Liaising with OIA and Rapporteur Teams.
Coordinating with internal (RSIS) and external (MCCY) stakeholders for conference delivery.
Working with vendors as necessary.
