Job Responsibilities: • Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to imaging services. • Manage all dial in booking and WhatsApp/online scheduling. • Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately. • Educate patients on MRI examinations and address their concerns with empathy • Collaborate with medical staff to resolve issues efficiently. • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with PDPA regulations. • Administration: Compile statistics, support marketing activities and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: • Minimum GCE O Levels • Previous experience in a customer support role • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
