Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and bank movements, general ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accurate reporting and identification of discrepancies.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- ERP and Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems for accurate reporting and process efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a finance-related role, preferably in finance, accounting.
- Fundamental knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficient in ERP System, advanced Excel skills.
