Project Master Data Creation & Maintenance
- Ensure the timely creation and maintenance of SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g., WBS, fund, cost center) in line with stakeholders' requests and established SOPs.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents submitted by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address discrepancies in master data or documentation.
- Manage the timely closing and re-opening of project codes to support operational needs.
- Conduct checks on master data, highlighting and addressing exceptions for resolution.
- Organize and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects and grants, including Letters of Award and variation approvals.
Management Reporting
- Generate monthly management reports for research entities and supporting units.
- Provide ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.
- Support additional tasks and projects on an ad hoc basis as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in audit or FP&A is advantageous
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with public sector grants and claims processing is an advantage.
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
- Strong team player with effective supervisory and people management abilities.
