Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Heat Treatment Daily Operations, support shift team on Grade Change Maintenance activities and Day shift Operations
- In charge of day-to-day operation for Heat treatment unit to ensure quality, safety and production capacity are met according to production plan
- Lead and support GCM transition activities for HT facility, and main operation in ensuring cleaning activities are done efficiently up to company operation standard before handing over to maintenance
- Ensure any operational issues are communicated and followed by the maintenance team by working closely with maintenance contractor and coordinator
- Support the shift team in multiple aspects of operation consisting of off-spec PVA blending, chemical loading/unloading, chemical preparation and GCM cleaning
- On all activities, report to shift supervisor and day supervisor to ensure daily operation are done safely and according to the requirement
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
- At least 3 years’ working experience as Process Technician in a chemical industry
