Job Responsibilities:
- Perform raw material, intermediate and final product Quality analysis
- Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method
- Supports troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis
- Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration
- Maintenance of quality document and development of quality procedures
- Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures
- Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables
- Support Procurement process and upkeep of inventory
- Implement and improve analytical and equipment work process
- Implement and participate in safety and quality improvement activities
- Other works as assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Science related field
- Min 5years experience in analytical laboratory environment
- Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration and polymer testing equipment
- Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation
