Job Description:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for non-managerial employees, including orientation and exit interviews.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain HR databases, records, and update policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for non-executive roles.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance updates, claims processing, and medical coverage.
- Handle work pass applications.
- Administer training grants, MINDEF claims, and government-related claims.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.
- Facilitate internship programs by liaising with universities and polytechnics.
- Manage HR procurement (e.g., name cards) and monitor long-service awards.
- Support HR implementation projects to streamline processes and systems.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
