Working Hours:
6-day work week, including weekends and PH, 42 hours Work Week
All will be rostered accordingly, hence they cannot choose their working schedule.
Responsible to:
- Ensure that dishing activities are carried out by the standard operating procedures
- Ensure that all special requests are properly arranged and catered to meet patients’ needs
- Adhere to food hygiene and HACCP standard
The Requirements
- Minimum Primary School qualification
- Possess certification in Basic Food Hygiene
- Able to work in a cold room environment/kitchen environment
- Good knowledge of food production and preparation
