Responsibilities:
- Accountable to maintain & monitor the schedule of equipment’s’ renewal as to fulfil the statutory requirements (e.g. Lifting gear)
- Responsible to raise the departmental purchase requisition for approval
- Handle and coordinates on the incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery orders
- Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
- Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy
- Maintain appropriate filling of documentations for easier retrieval
- Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
- Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Administration or any other relevant field of studies
- 1 years relevant experience
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office
Other Information:
- Working hour: 5 days work week
