Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement requested features as a hands-on contributor
- Act as a performance expert to sit in design discussions
- Continuously identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations
- Participate in support rota and assist with issue investigations
- Provide support in any ad hoc matter
Requirements:
- Min. a Degree in STEM related education background (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics)
- At least 3 years and above of application development experience
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a great plus
- Knowledge of financial market / crypto trading is a plus
