What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Sales & Marketing:
- Split your focus evenly between new client acquisition (50%) and account management (50%).
- Dedicate 90% of your role to sales activities, with 10% driving impactful marketing initiatives.
Regional Leadership:
- Take charge of our Singapore sales and marketing operations while coordinating with teams across the Asia Pacific region, including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, India, and Indonesia.
- Lead monthly sales reporting and client servicing for regional alignment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide exceptional service to key accounts while identifying opportunities to expand the client base, especially in emerging markets.
- Foster long-term partnerships that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Promoting Excellence:
- Represent the company at exhibitions and events to showcase cutting-edge products and solutions.
- Conduct insightful trend analyses to support data-driven decisions that elevate product performance and market positioning.
Sales Growth:
- Be the driving force behind sales growth across the Asia Pacific region, contributing to increased market share and business success.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the flavor or fragrance industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- A willingness to travel regionally to meet and collaborate with clients.
- A self-motivated, results-driven attitude to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience representing companies at exhibitions and events to promote products and build brand recognition.
