- Position Title: Accounts and Admin Executive
- Working Location: Ubi (near MRT)
- Working Hours: 5.25 Days; Mon – Fri (8am – 6pm), Alt Sat (8am – 12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable process.
- Prepare and issue invoices, packing lists, credit notes, and debit notes using the MYOB accounting software to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and process customer purchase orders (PO) efficiently, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Regularly update and maintain records, suggesting improvements and enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MYOB Accounting software is preferred.
- Competent with MS Office applications (Words, Excel).
