Responsibilities:
- Create and implement integrated strategies that align talent management with learning initiatives to achieve business goals and foster employee development.
- Support performance evaluation processes to identify areas for development and create actionable career growth plans for employees.
- Establish talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential employees and addressing skill gaps through targeted development initiatives.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive learning programs, including workshops, online courses, and leadership development activities, to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and update competency models that inform talent acquisition, development, and performance evaluation.
- Use performance metrics, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to assess program effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Leverage HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline talent management and development workflows.
- Assist in organizational change efforts by providing employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to shifting business priorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar industry.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Good in presentation and negotiation skills.
