Job Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Consultant specializing in COTS solutions to oversee enterprise-level implementations and provide expert-level technical guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end COTS implementation projects.
- Develop and implement system architecture strategies.
- Conduct high-level system design and configuration.
- Oversee vendor management and third-party integrations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and project teams.
- Drive continuous improvements in system processes.
- Ensure project milestones and business goals are met.
- Stay updated on emerging COTS technologies and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in enterprise systems and project management preferred.
- Extensive experience in enterprise COTS implementations.
- Strong leadership, client management, and technical skills.
- Minimum Experience: 6+ years
