Job Overview:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of COTS applications.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable COTS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application integration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for COTS systems.
- Document implementation processes and generate user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of enterprise software and COTS application management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years
