Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) to optimize and redesign business processes for improved efficiency. This role involves evaluating workflows, recommending improvements, and supporting implementation efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive process analysis to identify inefficiencies.
  • Gather, document, and evaluate business process requirements.
  • Assist in designing and implementing streamlined workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support the development of process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and goals.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives for process improvement.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years
