Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) to optimize and redesign business processes for improved efficiency. This role involves evaluating workflows, recommending improvements, and supporting implementation efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive process analysis to identify inefficiencies.
- Gather, document, and evaluate business process requirements.
- Assist in designing and implementing streamlined workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the development of process documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and goals.
- Facilitate change management initiatives for process improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and business analysis methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum Experience: 3+ years
