Job Overview:
The Senior Consultant - Business Analyst will drive complex projects, lead business analysis teams, and serve as a strategic partner to clients. The role includes leading critical transformation projects and enhancing organizational processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale business transformation projects from inception to delivery.
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams and senior-level client relationships.
- Conduct enterprise-wide assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Define project goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and deliver executive presentations and business proposals.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Prince2 are preferred.
- Expertise in business process reengineering, enterprise solutions, and strategy development.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and client management skills.
- Minimum Experience: 6+ years
