Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Consultant - Business Analyst to lead business transformation projects. The role involves conducting detailed analyses, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business requirement analysis and process improvement initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years
