Job Scope:
- Assisting residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
- Observing and recording vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. Notifying the nurse or doctor about any changes in the resident's condition.
- Helping with mobility, transferring patients from bed to wheelchair, and providing comfort.
- Supporting residents during physical therapy or rehabilitation exercises.
- Maintaining accurate patient records for care plans, daily observations, and activities.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of residents’ rooms, beds, and surroundings.
- Providing emotional support and engaging residents in activities to promote mental well-being.
- Working closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Prior Healthcare Assistant experience preferred
- WSQ certificate in healthcare assisting preferred
