Job Highlights:

Enhance exposure to the government sector

Nearest MRT: Stadium

Working hours: 9.00am – 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: up to $2,600 per month

Contract duration: 7 months


Job descriptions:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the successful creation of programmes.
  • Track and monitor existing program codes and verify valid certification of instructors.
  • Provide support to review & endorse sport programmes.
  • Processing of payments to instructors.
  • Manage a shared mailbox and promptly follow up on any requests or queries received.
  • Maintain proper documentation and knowledge management processes.
  • Consolidate monthly attendance submissions for the Learn-To-Play (LTP) programme from various sports centres.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed.


Job requirements:

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum GCE O Level & above or any related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
