Objective:
The Contractor shall provide one competent Personnel to support the front desk and general office administrative functions of the Authority. The Personnel will attend to general queries, assist in various administrative tasks, and ensure timely responses to queries from the public and students.

  • The Contractor must submit the CVs of the proposed Personnel as part of the offer and price proposal. Only the submitted CVs will be considered for evaluation.

Duration of Service:

  • Contract Period: From 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026 (Base Year) + 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 (Option Year)
  • Option to Extend: The Authority may extend the Contract for a further period of 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. The Authority has full discretion to exercise this option at any time before the expiration of the current contract period, in whole or in parts.

Personnel Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

The services required are as follows:

  1. General Office Assistance:Attend to general queries (e.g., public queries, student needs) and ensure timely responses.
    Receive deliveries and assist in the coordination of tasks related to incoming goods or services.
  2. Administrative Support:Assist with daily student attendance updates.
    Collect, enter, and maintain data in the school’s IT systems, spreadsheets, or other forms of records.
    Manage correspondence, including typing of documents, filing, and faxing.
    Perform other administrative duties as directed by School Leaders or the Admin Manager.
  3. Additional Duties:Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by the School Leaders or Admin Manager.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience of Personnel:

The Personnel shall meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, a pleasant disposition, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level with a credit in English.
  • Experience: Preferably at least one year of past experience working in a school environment.
